Sara Gleason and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Plant Your Story and saragleason.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Sara Gleason, Plant Your Story or The Lilypad for your own PERSONAL USE subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Sara’s products are intended for personal scrapbooking use only. They are not for use in website and/or blog design, albums, photography items, or any other item intended for sale or free. Express written permission from Sara is required for any other use, and an additional license may be required for an additional fee. By purchasing these graphics you are obtaining from Sara a “license to use” these graphics and designs and are agreeing to the terms of this user license. You MAY:

use these graphics in your personal scrapbook pages.
submit layouts that you have made with these graphics to any scrapbook magazine for publication as long as proper credit is given to Sara Gleason
print hardcopy of content to be used in your personal scrapbooking/hybrid projects.
You may use my template designs for any Creative Team scrapping.

You must NOT:

republish material from Plant Your Story or saragleason.com
sell, rent or sub-license material from Sara Gleason
reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Sara Gleason
redestribute content from Sara Gleason
claim my graphics as your own
alter my graphics and call them your own
take any part of my graphics, alter them in any way and claim the resulting product is your own
make any of Sara’s graphics into tubes or brushes for use with Paint Shop Pro or Adobe properties and redistribute them in any way
sell any part of a template in individual layers
use these graphics on websites designed to induce sales of “print on demand” products including postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters and other items..
use them to design website pages or any trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, or logo.
offer any of Sara’s graphics on any webpage for download, send them through a list or filesharing platform or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise (this applies to freebies as well).
share these files in any way (this applies to freebies). Please direct others to my store or blog if they show interest in my products.
