- we are drawn to things that can steady us, the things – no matter how small – that we can count on
- we embrace the blessing of each new day
- putting on brave faces and standing tall and guiding our paths
- we hold on to whatever we can look forward to, whatever warms our hearts, whatever routines and everyday little joys
- I am reminded, as ever, of the importance of making memories and documenting personal histories and celebrating all the little routines and rituals of our lives
And one of those “rituals” we can find joy in and count on is the fabulous bit of storytelling and memory keeping hullabaloo that is National Scrapbook Day. This year, as always, the Lilypad Designers have created a fresh series of free downloads to kick of this year’s National Scrapbook Day festivities! So welcome to my little bit of the memory keeping Happy! You may have found your way here from Liz’s blog as you hop along collecting these sunny and pretty bits.
And I’m so very glad that this landscape of documenting along the hop encourages us to document the little routines and bits of regular that fill our days. I really believe it is the little things, that build the beautiful mosaics of our Story. So hope you enjoy!

I tried to download and for some reason no matter which option i pick when it downloads all i get is a small picture of the full collection. I was just curious if anyone else was having this problem? Thanks for offering such a great collection!

I just double checked to be sure I hadn’t accidentally linked to the preview image and all the links do look in order on my end, so you *should* be getting the .zip file that includes a folder with all the goodies inside. I will say, that I have made it so the folder has the preview image on it..this is to make it easily identifiable for Mac OS and also PCs. My doing this *does* make it look like just the image was downloaded in some browsers. Be sure to go to the location where your downloads go to have a peek. It should be the full folder. If it’s not, please let me know..I’ll have to tap into some people smarter than me to figure out why haha. Because it *should* be there. <3
