fa.la.la.la.la — a {grow with love} giveaway

I'm so in the holiday mood. I know it's still not even turkey day here in the states, but I can't help it. I'm completely and totally gooped up about the approaching advent and holiday season. It just makes me happy. In a totally cheesy, memory making, legacy driven kind of way. I love the traditions, I love the sights and smells, I love the anticipation, the giving, the caring just a little more, I even love the busy.

And so when my sweet Crystal and I were contemplating a holiday Grow With Love series, there was no hesitation. We both just knew we wanted to develop and share a holiday-centered project. And so we've created a shortened version of Grow With Love for the holidays, so I guess you could say it's more a Twelve Days of Christmas kind of thing. We are excited to share some wonderfully holiday-centric prompts with you all and they can be used in concert with and to enhance any other holiday project you may be pursuing! As always we hope this holiday edition will help guide you through the season in a memory-minded way so that you can capture your stories and let them make your holiday a little something extra special this year.

My most fav chrimbo song is Merry christmas by Slade, but coming in close second is a funny one but I love it, its Once upon a christmas song by Geraldine Mcqueen

Oh my fave Christmas song would have to be the Aussie version of Jingle Bells. Gets me singing every time! For those who aren’t familiar with it here’s a link!!

My family are rapidly winding up for Christmas – used to be all Bah Humbug but now the girls are growing up a little its a lot of fun!
I’m really NOT into Christmas songs generally, the problem being that I get utterly sick of them being played everywhere I go but there’s a little played song I do like – I want an alien for Christmas by Fountains of Wayne 🙂

I have a total soft spot for Carol of the Bells…so amazing…but I also love Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas…manages to be so happy, and yet so wistful at the same time…
This set looks amazing…I’m thinking it’s going to be coming to live on my hard drive with no two ways about it! Gorgeous work, girls!

I absolutely love “Mary Did you Know” as a Christian Christmas song and I love the classic “Jingle Bells” too.

I love Christmas music! I think my current fav is either Emmanuel, God With Us by Point of Grace, or I Heard The Bells on Christmas Day by Casting Crowns (or maybe God Is With Us by Casting Crowns) it’s so hard to choose!! My favorites are O Holy Night and Carol of the Bells. But my very favorite is TransSiberian Orchestra’s medley of Carol of the Bells, etc.

What a fabulous set of templates. “Oh Come all ye faithful” is my favorite song. As a matter of fact, my 9-year old daughter is learning it on saxophone so she can play it for family on Christmas.
